Study @ UF

Advising

There are over 200 consulting cases annually which relate to accidents and incidents, daily happenings in life, culture shock and adaptation, mental health, etc. as well as the pursuit of higher education, employment, and research as the main concerns. We solve these problems with students and, if necessary, faculty members. As a recent trend, consultation for concerns such as English study for employment, job hunting, and studying abroad outside of Japan after graduation is increasing. With active involvement in job hunting, employment, and local cultural exchange activities, the number of Japanese visitors from related local organizations is also increasing.

We welcome anyone for consultation, not only present or former international students but also Japanese students, as well as local citizens who may be interested in international exchange activities.
